New Product Line

December 12, 2005 - Lepel Corp., the originator of cap-sealing applications and systems announces a whole new, freshly re-designed product line to cover virtually every application using the tamper-evident cap-sealing process, may come across.

All product lines are using the most modern electronic conversion, as well as heat transfer technology, to provide energy units (power supplies) completely CONVECTION AIR-COOLED, WITHOUT USE OF FANS OR ANY MOVING PARTS. This technology does away with noisy fans and filters that require periodic cleaning, especially in the industries dealing with dry and powdery contents.

All system components like Energy Unit, Sealing Head, and movable Stand for sealing heads and Conveyor are made out of stainless steel.

  • The flagship product is CS-350 system designed, in conjunction with a variety of specialized sealing heads, to seal caps at the speeds in excess of 300 FPM. Cap sizes range from 10mm through 150 mm.
  • The CS-200 system is designed for lower to intermediate speeds of up to 100 FPM. Cap sizes are the same as for the CS-350 system.
  • CS+Jr. is the system designed for mainly manual sealing operation. A special conveyor type coil can be added later for the manufacturers who require higher sealing rates due to increased production requirements.

A variety of Sealing Heads are available to cover every possible combination. The conveyor type sealing heads designed to work with the CS-200 and CS-350 units are:

1. Universal Sealing Head
2. Standard Sealing Head
3. Wide Sealing Head
4. Tunnel Sealing Head

Sealing Heads for CS+Jr. are:

1. Small Head
2. Large Head
3. Special Head (Tunnel type)
4. Conveyor Head

Optional Equipment:

A. Cap Inspector
B. QC Monitor
C. Light Tower
